LANDSCAPE PROJECT ENGINEER – LUXURY VILLAS @ BUILDWELL HRS

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the landscape design review and project execution for exclusive residential developments, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of luxury and quality. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept review to final site installation. You will work closely with design, technical, and drawing teams, as well as consultants and clients, to deliver seamless landscape and swimming pool projects. Experience in high-profile UAE communities such as Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari Islands, and Jumeirah Islands is highly valued. Key Requirements
Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designing, or Landscape Engineering is mandatory.
Proven experience in the UAE handling high-end luxury villa projects.
Specific experience working in communities such as Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari Islands, or Jumeirah Islands.
Ability to lead the full project lifecycle from concept to installation.
Extensive experience in reviewing landscape concept designs and detailed drawings.
Strong knowledge of material specifications for high-end landscaping.
Proven track record in site installations for luxury villas and swimming pool projects.
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Capability to coordinate effectively with design, technical, and drawing teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with consultants and high-net-worth clients.
