ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE @ BTL AGENCY
Join BTL Agency in Tanzania as an Account Executive and play a vital role in supporting our Account Managers with client communication and account coordination. This role involves assisting in the execution of BTL campaigns, promotions, and experiential marketing events to ensure brands connect effectively with their target audiences. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, tracking timelines, and ensuring all project action points are completed successfully.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or agency roles
Interest or experience in BTL and experiential marketing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in documenting briefs, feedback, and follow-ups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to work flexible hours and support on-ground event execution
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple deliverables
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain smooth relationships with internal teams
