Key Requirements
Must be a current student or recent graduate for the Internship track.
At least 1 year of professional experience is required for the Trainee track.
Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and mixology.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Compliance with all legal requirements for serving alcohol.
Flexibility to be placed in different cities across the USA.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes.
Commitment to the duration of the 6 to 12-month program.
Valid passport and eligibility for the J1 exchange visitor program.
