SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEER (OFFICE BASED) @ BRUNEL
An opportunity is available for a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join our office-based team in the UAE. This senior-level role involves leading the design and engineering phases of instrumentation and control systems for a significant EPC project. You will be responsible for defining system architecture, overseeing technical specifications, and ensuring all engineering deliverables meet international standards and client requirements.
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and ensuring project timelines are met. You will collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure an integrated design. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in FEED and detailed engineering within the Oil & Gas sector who is looking for a leadership position in a corporate office setting.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Control Engineering.
Over 12 years of experience in I&C engineering for EPC projects.
Expert knowledge of DCS, ESD, and Fire & Gas system architecture.
Proficiency in engineering software such as SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI).
Deep understanding of international codes (ISA, IEC, IEEE, API).
Proven experience in leading engineering teams through all project phases.
Ability to produce and review high-quality technical documentation.
Strong analytical skills for complex control system troubleshooting.
Excellent project planning and time management abilities.
Experience in technical bid evaluations for specialized equipment.
