CLAIMS EXECUTIVE @ BROKER SUPPORT GROUP
Broker Support Group is seeking an experienced and driven Claims Executive to head up our Short-Term Insurance team based in Cape Town. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Contermanskloof, Cape Town. As a strong operational leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the claims process, providing underwriting support, and ensuring high levels of client retention while leading a high-performing team toward operational excellence. The role requires extensive knowledge in short-term insurance claims and a proven track record of managing both staff and operational workflows effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for service excellence and efficiency within the brokerage environment. You will be expected to maintain high administrative standards and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in short-term insurance claims.
Proven experience in operational management and staff leadership.
Valid RE5 (Regulatory Examination) certification.
NQF5 qualification in Short-Term Insurance.
Full bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of underwriting support processes.
Experience in client retention strategies and relationship management.
Ability to work full-time from the office in Contermanskloof, Cape Town.
