Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in sales management.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interaction.
Deep understanding of CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address market challenges.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Deep knowledge of the local market trends and consumer behavior in Kenya.
