EDTECH & NGO PROJECT MANAGER @ BRIGHT CAREERS
We are seeking innovative EdTech & NGO Project Managers to lead digital transformation projects in the UAE. This role focuses on the intersection of technology and education, managing initiatives that bring modern learning tools to diverse populations. You will oversee project lifecycles from conception to completion, ensuring that all EdTech solutions are effectively integrated into educational programs. The annual salary range is $35,000 – $65,000, and the position comes with benefits like medical care, PTO, and visa support for select roles.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Technology or Project Management.
PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology-driven projects.
Experience working within the NGO sector or on social impact initiatives.
Strong understanding of EdTech platforms, tools, and digital literacy.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven ability to implement large-scale digital programs across regions.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Readiness to start a new role in the UAE within the next 60 days.
