Bright Ave Consultancy is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations for our branch in Kahama. The role is critical for maintaining the financial health of the business, specifically within the gold processing chemicals industry. Key Requirements
At least a Diploma or higher in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of at least 2 years of proven work experience in an accounting role.
Proven ability to accurately record sales, expenses, and outstanding debts.
Expertise in preparing and maintaining comprehensive financial books of accounts.
Ability to prepare and analyze profit and loss statements.
Skill in preparing accurate balance sheets on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail and high level of mathematical accuracy.
Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax compliance requirements.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
