Bright Africans Inc is looking for 12 passionate individuals to join Project Amini as Authors. This role is specifically designed for university students, volunteers, and young writers based in Dar es Salaam who are eager to contribute to impactful storytelling and youth engagement. As an author, you will be responsible for creating content that shares knowledge and inspires leadership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship among the youth through the Project Amini initiative.
The successful candidates will work independently to produce high-quality reports and stories, ensuring that all deadlines are met. This volunteer opportunity provides a platform for young voices to be heard and offers a chance to develop professional research and communication skills within a structured environment. Key Requirements
Must be a Bright Africans member (non-members should join before applying).
Must be currently based in Dar es Salaam.
Good communication and basic writing or research skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Interest in leadership, financial literacy, creativity, or entrepreneurship.
Proficiency in written English to ensure high-quality content production.
Ability to synthesize information from courses into concise reports.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple writing tasks simultaneously.
Active participation in university or community volunteer programs.
