PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER @ BRIDGETALENT GROUP
A leading clean-technology organization, dedicated to driving sustainable energy and agricultural solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager based in Kenya. The primary focus of this role is to build, nurture, and strengthen strategic collaborations crucial for achieving market expansion and accelerating customer adoption throughout the region. The Manager will specifically concentrate on developing robust relationships with key stakeholders, including Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), B2B partners, NGOs, and various institutional bodies. The overarching goal is to significantly improve access to financing options and catalyze overall organizational growth within the clean energy sector.
This pivotal management position demands strong organizational and analytical capabilities to ensure effective partnership execution. Key responsibilities include the comprehensive management and growth of strategic MFI and B2B partnerships, driving targeted partner-led customer acquisition and expansion initiatives, and constantly striving to improve partnership processes and operational efficiency. Furthermore, the role requires meticulous performance tracking and the delivery of insightful, data-driven reporting crucial for strategic decision-making. The Partnerships Manager will also be instrumental in supporting partner training and enablement programs to ensure alignment and success across all collaborative ventures. The gross salary for this position ranges from KES 150,000 to KES 225,000 per month.

Key Requirements
3
–5 years’ experience in partnerships, relationship management, or business development
Strong exposure to MFIs, SACCOs, PAYGO, or asset financing models
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excel proficiency required for data analysis and reporting
Experience in clean energy, climate finance, or impact-driven projects is an added advantage
Ability to manage and grow strategic MFI and B2B partnerships effectively
Proven track record in driving partner-led customer acquisition and expansion initiatives
Experience in improving partnership processes and operational efficiency
Proficiency in performance tracking and delivering data-driven reporting and insights
Experience in designing and supporting partner training and enablement programs
