Bridges Speech Center is seeking a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our professional team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to children, ensuring that their learning environment is conducive to growth and development. You will work closely with therapists and educators to implement specific behavioral strategies and maintain a supportive atmosphere that prioritizes the child's individual needs. Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle daily schedules.
Basic knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques or a willingness to learn.
Ability to be highly observant and attentive to a child's specific developmental needs.
A proactive and people-oriented approach to professional tasks.
Willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team of therapists and educators.
Patience and resilience when working with children who have learning challenges.
Capacity to maintain detailed records of a child's progress and behavior.
Fluency in Arabic is considered a significant added advantage for this role.
Ability to adapt teaching and support methods to suit individual learning styles.
