MANAGING DIRECTOR – ASSET MANAGEMENT @ BRIDGEMEAD ADVISORY
Bridgemead Advisory is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead and scale an asset management business in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and ensuring strong investment performance within the Nigerian capital market. Key duties include defining corporate strategy, overseeing portfolio management, and ensuring operational efficiency across the firm.
The role demands a high-performing leader capable of ensuring full regulatory compliance with bodies such as the SEC and CBN. You will lead risk management initiatives, engage with key stakeholders, and build an executive team to achieve long-term financial goals. This is a critical leadership position requiring deep expertise in asset allocation and a proven track record of P&L management.

Key Requirements
8–10+ years’ experience in asset management, investment banking, or capital markets
3–5 years in senior leadership roles
Strong P&L management and growth track record
Deep understanding of Nigerian capital markets
Mandatory CIS (Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers) certification
CFA, FRM, CAIA, or ACCA/ICAN certifications (advantage)
MBA degree preferred
Ability to define and execute corporate and investment strategy
Proven experience in overseeing portfolio management and asset allocation
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (SEC, CBN)
