SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER @ BRIDGE TALENT GROUP
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies, optimizing various social media accounts, and managing digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will act as the voice of the company across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality interaction with the audience while implementing strategies to enhance market presence.
Key responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance through advanced analytics tools, managing paid advertising budgets, and staying abreast of the latest social media trends and competitor activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and prepare detailed analytics reports for management review. The role offers a competitive gross salary of Ksh 70,000 - 80,000 per month for candidates who demonstrate excellence in SEO, SEM, and creative content creation.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in content creation, including photo and video editing.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with paid social media advertising and SEO/SEM.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field to support digital strategy development.
