Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum 1 year of experience in microfinance or sales roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to perform extensive field work
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Professional attitude and commitment to company growth
Good understanding of local credit risk assessment
Willingness to travel within the Mwanza area for client visits
