OFFICE FINANCIAL AGENT (2 POSITIONS) @ BRAVE BLOOM
Brave Bloom is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Brave Moneyroom Service (BMS) as Office Financial Agents. This role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling, and performing regular reconciliations. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to financial protocols. The position requires working at our location in Ihumwa, Dodoma, near the Meru Petrol Station.
Candidates must be prepared to handle various administrative and financial tasks, including transaction recording and using accounting systems. We are looking for individuals aged between 27 and 33 with a background in accounting or finance. Male candidates should be prepared to work night shifts as part of the Moneyroom operations. All applicants must provide a guarantor residing permanently in Dodoma to be considered for this role.

Key Requirements
Age between 27-33 years
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong skills in cash handling and reconciliation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in transaction recording and bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of and experience with accounting systems
Committed to high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
Must have a guarantor with a permanent residence in Dodoma
Ability to work night shifts (specifically required for male candidates)
