Candidates should possess a certificate in hotel management and have a minimum of three years of professional experience, demonstrating their ability to provide seamless service in a busy dining environment. The successful applicants will be responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, and delivering food and drinks with precision and care. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for this role, as you will be the face of our dining services. Key Requirements
Certificate in Hotel Management from a recognized vocational training center.
Comprehensive knowledge of international Food and Beverage service standards.
At least 3 years of active experience in a waiter or server role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multitasking effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with diverse hotel guests.
Punctuality and a commitment to maintaining professional grooming standards.
Capability to quickly memorize menu items and provide detailed descriptions to guests.
Experience with modern Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing.
High level of physical stamina required to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
