We are looking for a creative and skilled individual who can elevate our beverage service through expertise in mixology, including cocktails and mocktails, as well as professional barista skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and at least three years of experience in a high-paced bar environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency behind the bar. You will manage inventory, ensure quality control of all drinks served, and interact with patrons to provide a memorable experience. Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management from a recognized institution.
Expert skill in preparing various cocktails and mocktails.
Proficiency in making smoothies and various fruit juice blends.
Advanced barista skills for preparing premium coffee and tea selections.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of beverage inventory and stock management procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with hotel guests.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
