Brainfreeze UAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our Joinery Division in Dubai. This role is critical for overseeing the day-to-day operations within our manufacturing unit, ensuring that all joinery and woodworking projects are executed with the highest level of precision and efficiency. You will act as a key liaison between the design, project, and site teams to facilitate a seamless workflow and ensure that project specifications are met accurately.
In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring production schedules, tracking resource allocation, and managing manpower requirements to meet strict delivery deadlines. You must maintain rigorous quality standards and safety compliance throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills to resolve production-related issues as they arise and will be responsible for preparing comprehensive reports for management regarding project progress and operational performance.

Key Requirements
Engineering or Diploma Graduation in a relevant field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience specifically in joinery production and project coordination.
Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and manufacturing workflow.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of AutoCAD software is a significant advantage.
Experience in tracking materials and resource requirements effectively.
Proven ability to maintain quality standards and safety compliance in a factory setting.
Skill in preparing detailed management reports and production updates.
