We are seeking an exceptional Financial Controller to serve as the uncompromising guardian of financial truth within BRAC's operations in Tanzania. This pivotal role represents the second line of defense in the nation's most critical controllership function. The successful candidate will assume full ownership of the entire financial control environment across a complex, decentralized operational structure.
Operating on the Temenos T24 core banking system, you will be responsible for ensuring that every financial number is accurate, fully auditable, and actionable. This encompasses everything from meticulous branch-level entries to comprehensive consolidated Board and regulatory reporting. This is a full-time position located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and preference will be given to Tanzanian Nationals. The salary offered for this role is market competitive.

Key Requirements
Uncompromising guardianship of financial truth and integrity
Proven experience in managing a complex, decentralized financial control environment
Proficiency and experience with Temenos T24 core banking system
Ability to ensure accuracy, auditability, and actionability of financial numbers
Experience with managing branch-level financial entries
Capability in consolidated Board and regulatory reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
