FOLLOW UP AGENT @ BOXLEOCOURIER
This role involves ensuring the accurate picking, packing, and labeling of outbound orders for dispatch. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating these orders with riders and the regional follow-up team, while also maintaining precise records of all outbound activities. A key aspect of the role is to liaise with customers and agents, providing timely updates on order status and proactively resolving any issues related to discrepancies, delays, or damages. Furthermore, the Follow Up Agent will provide regular reports on delivery activities and performance metrics to management, address customer inquiries and concerns, and be involved in training agents on outbound delivery procedures and warehouse equipment use. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of customer service best practices, and a proven ability to achieve sales and call targets in a call center or tele sales environment within the courier or logistics industry.
Key Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business or any related field is required
Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in a call center or tele sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally
Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and call handling procedures
Proven ability to achieve set sales and call targets while maintaining high-quality service
Strong problem solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience in the courier, logistics, or related industry is an added advantage
