We are hiring a Call Center Agent at Box Leo Courier. Responsibilities include responding to customer needs, providing personalized services, answering phones professionally, handling inquiries and complaints, scheduling orders, meeting targets, managing inbound and outbound calls, using call center scripts, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, providing solutions, meeting targets, evaluating problems, providing information on products and services, routing calls, making notes, completing call logs and reports, and boosting customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone. Potential work locations include Tanzania.

Key Requirements

Minimum Degree in Business or any related field. Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in a call center or tele sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers professionally. Strong knowledge of customer service best practices. Strong knowledge of call handling procedures. Proven ability to achieve set sales and call targets. High-quality service maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong multitasking skills.
