FAADE PLANNING ENGINEER @ BOSCO GROUP
The Faade Planning Engineer role involves taking a lead position in the scheduling and coordination of complex faade works for high-profile construction projects across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and following up on project programs using specialized software like Primavera P6 and MS Excel to ensure all project milestones are met. This role requires close coordination with technical, procurement, production, and site teams to facilitate a smooth execution of works and maintain a high standard of quality. You will be expected to track progress meticulously and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
Beyond basic scheduling, the engineer must identify potential critical paths and delays, proactively implementing recovery plans to keep the project on track and within the established timeline. This involves monitoring the procurement and delivery of essential faade materials such as glass, aluminum, cladding, and steel to prevent any supply chain bottlenecks. You will also review technical submissions and ensure that all faade works align perfectly with the overall architectural and engineering project requirements. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will frequently liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum throughout the construction lifecycle.
