SALES AGRONOMISTS (4 POSTS) @ BORA AGRO
Bora Agro is seeking dedicated and dynamic Sales Agronomists to join our team across various regions in Tanzania. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling the entire Bora Agro Solutions product portfolio while providing essential agronomic advice and technical support to farmers. Key tasks include conducting field visits, organizing demonstrations, and facilitating training sessions to showcase product efficacy and improve farming outcomes. This role requires building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders such as cooperatives, agro-dealers, and extension officers. Candidates will work across different zones, including the Northern Zone, Central Zone, Coastal Zone, and Southern Highlands. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural sales or extension services
Strong understanding of local farming systems and crop management practices
Ability to promote and sell all Bora Agro Solutions' product portfolio
Competency in conducting field visits and on-site demonstrations
Skills in organizing and leading farmer training sessions
Ability to provide agronomic advice and technical support for crops
Knowledge of veterinary products and related technical support
Proficiency in developing relationships with cooperatives and agro-dealers
Capacity to collaborate effectively with extension officers
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
