Key Requirements
Certificate or higher in ICT, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in computer usage and ICT system management.
Excellent communication skills in Swahili and English.
Must be honest, creative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Strong understanding of Digital Marketing strategies.
Basic knowledge of AI tools implementation.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Experience in managing network security protocols.
Familiarity with database management and cloud computing.
Strong analytical skills for system optimization.
