HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT – RELIEVER (1 POSITION) @ BOMA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY COLLEGE
The company is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant – Reliever to join the team for a five-month fixed-term contract spanning from May to September 2026. This role is primarily focused on supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth running of the administrative functions within the department. The responsibilities include a wide range of tasks such as supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with payroll preparation and statutory compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate training and staff engagement activities, handle employee queries, and provide general HR administrative support. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 2 years’ HR experience
Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
Good organizational and communication skills
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to support recruitment and onboarding processes effectively
Proficiency in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Experience in payroll preparation and ensuring statutory compliance
Ability to coordinate training and staff engagement activities
Strong interpersonal skills to handle employee queries efficiently
