Key Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation flight operations.
Proven track record in a supervisory or leadership role within the aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of international flight planning and monitoring procedures.
Familiarity with aviation software systems and operational control tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
