As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's long-term business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in leading talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning, and maintaining positive employee relations to ensure a productive work environment that complies with Tanzanian labor laws.
Furthermore, you will manage organizational development through structured performance management, training programs, and the continuous review of internal HR policies. This position requires a strategic thinker who can provide high-level HR guidance to senior management, oversee payroll administration, and support the overall growth trajectory of the organization in Kisarawe II.

Key Requirements
10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Master's Degree in a related field is an added advantage.
HR professional certification.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws.
Proven experience in developing HR strategies.
Strong leadership skills in recruitment and workforce planning.
Expertise in performance management systems.
Ability to manage payroll and employee compensation structures.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
