HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER @ BLUEBIRD LODGE
Bluebird Lodge is a newly established hotel located in the heart of Arusha City, Tanzania. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Hotel General Manager. This role is pivotal in establishing our brand presence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality hospitality services to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, training, and sales strategies. You will play a crucial role in financial management, budgeting, and cost control to drive the company's success. Your leadership will ensure that our staff remains motivated and our customers receive exceptional service at all times. This position requires a strategic thinker who can handle multiple facets of hospitality management while maintaining high standards of excellence.

Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
