TREASURY ACCOUNTANT @ BLUE RECRUITS
Blue Recruits is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Treasury Accountant to join our team in Mbagala, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the treasury department, ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, and providing insightful treasury reports to support strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in maintaining liquidity and optimizing cash flow within the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing intercompany reconciliations, monitoring cash positions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
3–5 years of professional experience in treasury, accounting, or finance
Background in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain
Proficiency in bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
Strong skills in cash flow forecasting and management
Experience in generating complex treasury reports
Excellent proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
