As the Senior HR Manager based in Kisarawe II, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and performance management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring that all company practices strictly adhere to Tanzanian labour laws. We are looking for an individual with extensive leadership experience who is capable of developing robust HR policies that foster a productive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Key Requirements
10-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's Degree and professional HR certification are considered significant advantages.
Proven ability to lead recruitment and comprehensive workforce planning.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and regulatory compliance.
Strong experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and organizational policies.
Expertise in payroll management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Exceptional leadership and strategic communication skills to guide senior management.
Demonstrated success in managing employee development, training, and performance programs.
High proficiency in HR administration and organizational structural design.
