FINANCE MANAGER @ BLUE RECRUITS
Blue Recruits is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team based in Mbagala, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's overall operational growth and stability.
In this role, you will manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and taxation compliance while overseeing external audits and maintaining banking relationships. You will also play a key role in driving financial process improvements and optimizing the utilization of our ERP systems to increase operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in logistics or inventory-intensive sectors, allowing them to effectively manage the complexities of our financial environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
CPA (T), ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional certification
Minimum of 7 years of professional finance experience
At least 3 years in a management or leadership role
Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
Proficiency in ERP or SAP systems
Experience in logistics, trading, or inventory-intensive operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities
