COST ENGINEER (2 POSITIONS) @ BLACKSEA PROJECT MANAGEMENT & WORKFORCE SOLUTION
BLACKSEA Project Management & Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Cost Engineer to join our expanding international engineering team for a major Railway Project in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, estimating costs, and performing financial analysis to ensure the project remains within financial constraints while maintaining high standards of infrastructure delivery. This role is integral to our railway development initiatives across Africa, requiring a professional who can handle complex financial data within a large-scale construction environment. The salary offered for this position is 7,910,580 Tshs/month for those with at least 5 years of experience, and 10,547,440 Tshs/month for those with 10+ years of experience.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of railway project experience
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
International project experience is an advantage
Proficiency in cost estimation software
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to manage complex project financial documents
Experience with railway infrastructure standards
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
