ARCHITECT (2 POSITIONS) @ BLACKSEA PROJECT MANAGEMENT & WORKFORCE SOLUTION
We are seeking a creative and professional Architect to contribute to the design and development of station buildings and associated facilities for the Tanzania Railway Project. The Architect will lead design conceptualization, space planning, and aesthetic oversight while ensuring compliance with building codes and the operational requirements of a modern railway. You will work closely with engineering teams to integrate structures within the broader transport network. The salary offered for this position is 7,910,580 Tshs/month for those with at least 5 years of experience, and 10,547,440 Tshs/month for those with 10+ years of experience.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of railway project experience
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
International project experience is an advantage
Expertise in CAD and BIM software
Understanding of sustainable building practices
Knowledge of construction management processes
Attention to detail in aesthetic and functional design
Capability to present designs to stakeholders
Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
