Key Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
Strong project management and site supervision skills
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Tanzania
Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent technical reporting and documentation skills
Experience in managing structural and foundation work
Commitment to high safety and quality standards
