Key Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
Solid understanding of South African labor laws and employment equity regulations.
Proven experience working within the Fintech or broader technology sector.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in managing end-to-end performance management processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use people data to drive insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
