CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER @ BIN SAEED ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY
Bin Saeed Engineering Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Structural Engineer to join our professional team in Dubai. This role involves the comprehensive structural design and analysis of various projects, including RCC and steel structures, ensuring all designs meet the highest safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings and calculation reports while coordinating closely with architectural and MEP departments to ensure seamless project integration. Furthermore, you will manage authority submissions to bodies such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and the DDA, providing critical site inspections and technical support throughout the construction phase. Candidates should possess a strong background in the UAE construction industry, specifically within villa, residential, and commercial sectors. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional structural engineering experience within the UAE.
Advanced proficiency in structural design software including ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.
Expertise in using AutoCAD for the preparation of detailed structural drawings.
Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai authority regulations, including Dubai Municipality and Trakhees.
Proven ability to handle residential and commercial projects independently from inception to completion.
Experience in the design and analysis of both RCC and steel structures.
Strong coordination skills to work effectively with architectural and MEP teams.
Ability to conduct site inspections and provide technical support to construction teams.
Capability to prepare and present detailed structural calculation reports for authority approval.
