Join our expanding team in Dubai as a Mechanical Modeler specializing in Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems. We are looking for professionals capable of delivering high-quality BIM models for consultancy-based projects, ensuring all piping and safety systems are accurately represented and coordinated. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of complex mechanical packages.
This role requires a professional who is already located in the UAE and can transition into the new role within one day. Proficiency in Revit MEP and a deep understanding of plumbing layouts and fire protection standards are essential. This is an immediate-start role for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running in the Dubai construction sector.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of relevant BIM experience
Strong expertise in Revit MEP for Plumbing and Fire Fighting
GCC project experience preferred
Must be currently based in the UAE
Available to join immediately (within 1 day)
Knowledge of international and local fire safety codes
Capability to produce shop drawings and schedules from BIM models
Experience with clash coordination in a BIM environment
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Public Health Engineering
Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary coordination
