MECHANICAL (HVAC) MODELER @ BIM CONNECT
BIM Connect is seeking a skilled Mechanical Modeler with a focus on HVAC systems for our ongoing consultancy projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Revit MEP to create precise mechanical models, including ducting, air handling units, and related mechanical components. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy of HVAC models and coordinating with other services.
Applicants must demonstrate a solid understanding of HVAC system design and be able to work under tight deadlines in a professional consultancy environment. Current residency in the UAE and the ability to join within 24 hours are mandatory requirements for this position. Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of relevant BIM experience
Strong expertise in Revit MEP specifically for HVAC systems
GCC project experience preferred
Must be currently based in the UAE
Available to join immediately (within 1 day)
Understanding of HVAC design principles and equipment layouts
Ability to perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Familiarity with international and local HVAC standards
Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
