WAREHOUSE MANAGER @ BIDYASHREE DAS
We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the operations at our rice plant in Nigeria. This role is specifically tailored for individuals with a background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, focusing on managing end-to-end warehouse activities, inventory control, and stock accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch and logistics while ensuring that all processes are optimized for maximum efficiency. In addition to daily operational management, you will supervise a dedicated team, monitoring their performance and ensuring full compliance with international safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will utilize advanced ERP/SAP systems and MS Excel to generate comprehensive MIS reports that help guide management decisions. Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Warehouse Management
Specific experience within the FMCG industry is required
Proficiency in ERP, SAP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Advanced expertise in inventory management and stock accuracy
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision
Previous experience handling commodity products such as rice
Strong understanding of logistics coordination and dispatch
Commitment to safety standards and SOP compliance
Ability to drive process optimization and warehouse efficiency
