Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in laptop hardware repair and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of computer architecture and components

Proficiency in operating systems installation and configuration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for client interaction
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of peripheral device repair and connectivity
