SALES INTERNS (8 POSITIONS) @ BFS MICROFINANCE LIMITED
BFS Microfinance Limited is currently recruiting for eight Sales Intern positions to be based in various locations across Tanzania. These regions include Mwanza, Bariadi, Musoma, Tarime, Kahama, Tabora, Geita, and Katoro. Prospective candidates must reside within one of these specified areas to be eligible for consideration, ensuring they have a local understanding of the community and market dynamics.
The internship role focuses on promoting microfinance services and products while identifying potential clients to grow the company's portfolio. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences or related field
Strong interest in microfinance and sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a current resident of Mwanza, Bariadi, Musoma, Tarime, Kahama, Tabora, Geita, or Katoro
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel
High level of personal integrity and professional ethics
Willingness to conduct field visits and engage with local community members
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet and exceed set sales and outreach targets
