AFFILIATE MANAGER @ BETVIRO
BetViro is expanding its operations in East Africa and is seeking an ambitious Affiliate Manager to join our growing team in Tanzania. This role is pivotal in driving our traffic acquisition strategy by identifying and onboarding high-quality affiliates, webmasters, and publishers within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term partnerships that contribute to the overall growth of our affiliate network. In addition to recruitment, the Affiliate Manager will be tasked with monitoring and optimizing traffic quality to ensure maximum ROI. You will work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts and market expansion goals. A strong understanding of the local iGaming landscape and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and local languages are essential for success in this role.
Key Requirements
iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage.
Strong local market knowledge of the Tanzanian region.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in local languages such as Swahili.
Ability to source and onboard new affiliates effectively.
Experience working directly with webmasters and digital publishers.
Proven track record in driving traffic acquisition and growth.
Skills in monitoring and optimizing traffic quality and conversions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset for tracking performance and reporting.
