Betviro is seeking a talented Affiliate Manager to join our expanding team in Zambia. This role focuses on the strategic management of affiliate partnerships within the iGaming sector, specifically dealing with CPA and fixed-fee structures. We are looking for a professional who can drive traffic and enhance our market presence through effective relationship building and data-driven decisions while operating remotely from Zambia. The successful candidate will possess 1-3 years of iGaming experience and demonstrate a strong command of both English and Russian. You will be responsible for sourcing new partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all affiliate activities align with our business goals in the Zambian region. Key Requirements
1-3 years of professional experience in the iGaming industry.
Deep understanding of CPA and Fixed deal structures.
Fluent in English for professional communication.
Proficiency in the Russian language is required for internal or partner communication.
Ability to identify and recruit new high-performing affiliates within the Zambian region.
Experience in monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance metrics and ROI.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable and sustainable deal terms.
Knowledge of industry-standard tracking platforms and affiliate software.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining long-term partner relationships.
