Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of professional interior design experience
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory)
Ability to lead projects from concept through execution
Proven track record of managing high-end design projects
Advanced knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor junior staff and team members
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
