Key Requirements
Proven ability to solve complex real design problems effectively
Demonstrated capability to lead architectural projects from concept to completion
Experience in challenging and collaborating with contractors
Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management
Ability to take full ownership of project delivery
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit) is advantageous
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects and design solutions
Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural practice, with significant experience in a senior role
Deep understanding of local building codes and regulations in Tanzania
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
