Key Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction sector.
Proven familiarity with B2B Consultative Selling methodologies.
Must be currently based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales contracts.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Understanding of market trends within the local construction industry.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service delivery.
Capability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
