Key responsibilities for this role include leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on the construction sector. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in managing complex construction documentation and possess a meticulous approach to supplier quotations and specification reviews. A critical aspect of the role involves the development of compelling technical and financial proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), requiring strong analytical and persuasive writing skills. The manager will be expected to continuously monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge and ensure sustained business development.

Key Requirements

Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities effectively. Proven track record in building, nurturing, and expanding a strong sales network. Demonstrated success in winning and securing new projects. Strong capability to drive business growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. Extensive experience with construction documentation and project specifications. Proficiency in reviewing supplier quotations and detailed specification analysis. Expertise in developing comprehensive and persuasive technical and financial proposals (RFPs). Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar BD, Sales, or Marketing management role. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
