Better Career is seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of an interior design studio. This role involves managing internal coordination, streamlining workflows, and maintaining seamless communication between the studio team, high-value clients, various vendors, and external suppliers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, from initial design concepts through to final installation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, ensuring that project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained across all client engagements.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of interior design industry operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Strategic problem-solving abilities
Capacity to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously
Attention to detail in client documentation and billing
Ability to lead internal team coordination effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
