PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST @ BENYAMEEN CMA
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth efforts in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will take full ownership of planning, managing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at maximizing online sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of paid advertising platforms while maintaining a sharp focus on ROI and data-driven optimization.
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring budgets, conducting keyword research, managing PPC campaigns, and performing deep-dive analyses of website traffic and customer behavior using Google Analytics. Collaborating closely with creative, e-commerce, and sales teams, you will ensure that every campaign aligns with broader business objectives and delivers measurable results through continuous A/B testing and conversion optimization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
8 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or e-commerce marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Proven ability to manage and optimize significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and prepare performance reports.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must currently be physically located and available for work in the UAE.
