Beibamar Travel Agent is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Reservation and Ticketing Sales Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing travel bookings, processing ticketing requests for both domestic and international routes, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery to our diverse clientele. This role requires a professional who is well-versed in IATA regulations and can thrive in a fast-paced travel agency environment. We are currently filling positions in Mwanza. You will work closely with the sales department to achieve revenue targets and maintain high standards of client satisfaction. Key Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a travel company
Strong International and Domestic ticketing Sales Knowledge
Possession of a valid IATA Certificate
Additional Qualification in aviation or Hotel Customer Service
Excellent proficiency in GDS software like Amadeus or Galileo
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
High level of integrity and professional conduct
Fluency in English and Swahili
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
